I've rolled back saves before the point I've encountered this issue. I would just run around, doing quests, entering and exiting building, everything is fine until that one ENDLESS loading screen shows up and I have to exit the game. I deactivate all my plugins and activate them and my games fine up until I leave Doc Mitchells house, where it happens again. No ENB's or anything, they drop my frame rate to low for my taste.

The game runs great, got a good maybe 20-30 mods running. So I go through a door and sometimes it will never stop loading (I've let it run for hours before with no change) nothing 'Fixes' this, but I have got all that stuff like stutter remover and all the stuff FNV requires for modding and smooth playing. About a 3 in 10 chance that any loading screen will never stop.
